I don't know about you but I sure don't have $11 million to spend on Oregon politics. But guess who does? Loren Parks. Yep, $11 million has gone from Parks to political campaigns in Oregon since 1992. Major recipients of his political largess are Kevin Mannix and Bill Sizemore who are behind seven out of eight citizen initiatives on this November's ballot. Parks was the major bankroller on six of them.
